im using havij because im noob new at website hacking got all databases, tables and columns now what do i do from their to deface please

You would first need to find the Admin login page, Havij may find it for you.

i just scanned with havij it hasnt picked one up

try some athor admin page scanners then the username and then the pass
one thing its a gov site i think so beter use a good proxy or a vpn

Just scanned it with Havij and I didn't find any admin pages. I also noticed that getting the data from the columns weren't possible o.o

Try to learn about website hacking instead of using Havij. You will never learn anything from that.

I started out with Havij too, but u should learn to do some manual injection, its never good to have lots of tools laying around incase u would somehow get caut, there are lots of tutorial around :) also you can use Acunetix or some other crawler to find admin pages and stuff ;> good luck
