I'm mostly done with it. I still need to code an admincp backend to approve members but that should be fairly easy for me.

For now you can apply and yes even if you were denied in the last 60 days I will allow you to apply under the new system. So you get a freebie.

You will be able to also use this system to buy gift ub3r for those who are l33t and already approved. The process will be much easier for everyone. I won't have to get any PMs and everything will be logged.

Feel free to apply now but you might have to initially wait 2-3 days for me to complete the approval process.

You will not be able to apply under the following conditions.

1. You were registered within 30 days.
2. You have a negative reputation.
3. You have less than 100 posts.
3. You have a warning level greater than 0.


I'm sure more of this add on will be tweaked. So please be patient if over the next week some changes are made.

I figured since I have a warning level greater than 0, I would apply and see if it let me...It did.
