Okay guys here are just a few tips on how to stay anonymous whilst hacking.
First of all, ALWAYS USE A PROXY/VPN!
Alot of hackers stress this message to beginners and it is vital that you use a proxy and/or a vpn.
Examples of great proxies include things such as the Tor Browser Bundle. Tor changes your IP & ISP constantly to ensure your anonymity. It connects to relays all over the world there making your browsing secure. Always use Tor when browsing the internet. If you are active in things such as keylogging it is vital that you use tor when accessing the ftp/email that holds the logs.

Proxies such as Ultrasurf are not so great for hacking. They still expose your ISP even when accessing a webpage or playing a game etc. UltraVPN is also not that great. When using a VPN always use a paid VPN as they are much much much more secure.
If Tor isnt so great for you, you can always google a proxy server list. If you do choose to use a proxy from a list, make sure it is located in a different country. This also helps secure your anonymity. I hope this post helped!
