Well, Chinchilla, you can start off by starting a shit load of 100GB torrent files and the internet provider will detect illegal activity and will send the owner of the wifi a $1000 fine.
Keep them seeding for 2 weeks.

id prefer to not put my location but it is a VERY large city. when I say thousands use it I mean 10's if not hundreds of thousands.

its slowwww as hell. I dont use it. I'm asking how I can use it to my advantage. I know open wifi's can be used for evil, well my whole city is on one. I need someone to start throwing me some good ideas on how to use this for evillll!

Well if your looking to sniff packets or something I doubt theres anything you can do. It probably has got some tight encryption... That sounds pretty sick TBH though.

Im pretty sure the city isn't too stupid to not protect there network. As for the internet being slow, what are the speeds?

Yeah its pretty cool and has gotta have some kind of abuse potential. I dont think it has much security tho, wouldent suprise me if it dident atleast. I know IBM runs it. Have not done a speed test and dont really want to as it is realllyyy slow during peak hours. Think dial-up speeds.
