I found this while searching the intarwebz but they only mentioned the program.
Fortunately, the program is really simple to use.

This might not work for all users.
I have tried it on Windows XP and it works for that.

1.Go to the start menu and hit run(for XP and Vista) or the search bar for Windows 7.

2.Type in this:

C:/Windows/System32/iexpress.exe

3.Choose the first option.
(Create new______)
Hit next.

4.Choose the first option again.
Hit Next.

5.Enter in a name.
Hit next.

6.Choose No Prompt and hit next.

7.Choose Do Not Display a License and hit next.

8. You should be at Packaged Files.
Choose Add and select your file.

9.Click the drop down box for Install Program and select your file.
Leave the second one alone.

10.Choose Hidden and hit next.

11.Select No Message and hit next.

12.Select where you want your file.
Hit next.

13.Select No Restart and hit next.

14.Select Save File ______ and hit next.

15.You should know the rest for yourself.


NOTE: You will have 3 files, the .exe file, another exe file, and a text document.You can only delete the text document.
If you plan on sharing the file, send the receiver both of the executable files.

This will not have a virus like all of the other shitty ones.

Yeah, I knew that ^ OP was searching to make a completely binary batch file or something like that earlier.

Using iexpress is no different than using one of those 3rd party applications you were so adamant about not using. Although I'm happy you found something you like.
