Is there any tool to see any backdoor connections on my PC

Is there any tool that will help me to chck and stop if any backdoor connection is established in my PC. Like some rat, keylogger is taking info from my PC.. can i detect his IP address?
you can check all connections by typing netstat -n into your cmd.
since most ppl use dynamic ip/no ip it will be hard to track down the hackers real ip though
Yeah.. I know this method but i receive 100+ connections. How to differentiate that it is taking my info from my pc..

I can recognize my Ip address but what about foreign IP address listed..

Connections we should be looking for are FTP and SMTP? All I ever see is TCP and UDP traffic.
Trojans will normally have high ports like 23304. But are you trying to trace the potential hacker or remove the potential virus?
Invest in a good antivirus, and also anti-malware programs. Run thorough scans. You should be able to detect them. If it doesn't solve your problem, netstat is good way to find culprits, but if you don't have any experience with netstat, it could become difficult to differentiate. There are many such tools and tuts on how to use them on this forum, try the "search button" or go to White Hat Help under the "computing" tab. Very valuable section in case you suspect something wrong. Good luck !
Basically i have heard that excluding rats and other hackers activities, some software companies are also taking logs from our PC. May be microsoft or other intelligence agencies. therefore i got an idea on my mind that may be i can chck if any bytes are being sent to any other IP that is not in my use.. If there is any proper solution of this problem with out antivirus, plz tell me, i would like to learn the method and try to implement to improve security as i m a coder.

thank you :)
