[Basic]Very Basic Signature[Basic]

Hello, before I begin let me just point out that this tutorial is very basic and will only teach new users how to use the basics of Photoshop.

Here is what our outcome should in some way look like:

Now, lets begin...

Step 01:
Lets first start out by making our new canvas, so go to:
File -> New and fill out these options:

Step 02:
Now we need to make our basic container for out words...

So go to the rectangle and make a rectangle that is just about 480 pixels by around 140 pixels, you can use any colour you wish but I tend to use this colour:
35363a

Step 03:
Once this is done open the effects tab up by double clicking the shape layer and add the following:
Drop shadow
Outer glow
Stroke

Here are what you want to set up for the effects.

Drop shadow:

Outer glow:

Stroke:

Here you can add any noise that you would like to give it some depth, I won't give you a precise amount because everyone like different amounts.

Once you have done all of these steps, duplicate the layer.

Step 04:
Now to make the text! So make a new layer and hit "T" to bring up the text tool, for the text in this example I used Verdana, so make a new text saying what ever you feel like and make it so it is 14 pixels and positions this at:
325 pixels (Center)
141 pixels (Low down)

After this set the opacity to 30%

Now to create your second text so do so but this time put your name as the text.

Make this text 72 pixels and I used Verdana again but made it bold to stand out more. This time we leave the opacity alone but instead add an inner shadow effect so set yours up like the following:

Then move it to the following position:
325.00 pixels
94.83 pixels

Step 05:
Now we need to position our rectangles and add our final finishing touches.

So select both of the rectangle layers and hit "Ctrl + T" and put 325 pixels and 100 pixels. This will center the two rectangles.

Now to add the light lines you see, for this simply make an extremely fin line with the rectangle tool, and turn down the opacity to around 16% and position to your liking.

Conclusion:
You have now finished the tutorial, rememmber to position everything to your likening as it's your signature at the end of the day. I hope this helps out some of the newer artists and would love feedback. Thanks for reading.
