Render is way too stretched

and i dont like the colors much

Its not your first render unless you cropped the man out of the picture and made a transparent background, you just made a simple image, that is all. I'd reccommend not using the spokes as your bg.

I accidentally saved over the actual picture, however, it was just a normal black background. I used the background remover tool to get rid of that. I lost all my brushes when changing computers so I am adding more brushes right now, might re-upload the pictures with a latest version.

Really like the spokes, guess its personal preference, maybe adjust the levels for the render make it a bit darker and bring out the shadows :) again personal preference
