Hey everyone, I have transfered my photoshop images to dreamweaver now and have done most of the CSS but for some reason it wont show my background?

I have tried changing it in the properties tab as well as coding it in both html and CSS

Also, I want my webpage to be so that the bottom header (end of the page) does not go down to far that a scoll bar is added on

Just so there is no scroll bar

If someone could assist me please post or PM me
