I been using this and its not all it is cracked up to be, and Radeon drivers are a big issue with windows big time having problems with it.

True, i'm not looking forward to windows 8... they really should have came up with some more features before deciding to try and market this.
and yeah, looks like a virus to me, But if you want to download make sure to upload to virustotal.

No maybe u have nat understood him correctly it is the final release before the actual Release of Windows 8, The final version is not out yet that's the Release Preview
