Edit: It says £6.95 for express delivery, there is also a free option if that's what you're talking about.

It most likely doesn't affect your metabolic rate, but just makes you less hungry. I've seen commercials on gum with the same effect.
Well I've received mine. I'm not fat, so I gave them to my mum who is a bit fat lol.
