I've been wanting to code my own booter but since I'm new to this I don't know what to search in the search tool and when I do search what i think is right nothing comes up so can someone please tell me where to get started I would like help from some experienced users of HF please help me out guys.

Just start learning PHP and HTML, and also CSS if you are making your own design. Then look at other sources to get a start.

Master it? It could take years, Carrot Milk (a great coder here) has been coding for like 3-6 years and is still not at FULL mastery.
