I made this on a different site and thought I could help out here. Hope y'all like all of them.
They are all made for the iPod/iPhone. But they may be compatible with the iPad.

I could not get some to work for my iPhone. So I had to use some for different websites.

NOTE: Some of then have Custom background and will be not be shown correctly.

You will need ThemeIconMaker to correct the apps that are not available with the theme to match the rest of the Icons

Ehh. I hate themes. They eat your RAM and most are always missing something.
The only one I will ever use is Ayecon

That is why I use IconThemeMaker and it makes all the apps that were not supported, and it formats all the apps like the others.

Use icontheif or icon harvester to get all your shit.
The UI isn't really that important. I don't like ayecon that much, but it's ok. I guess.
iMAst HD is pretty sick too/
