anyway I know this guy in real life and he basically wanted to sell me something I wanted. I soon found out he scammed me out of my $475. I got really mad so I hacked his Facebook. Stupid enough I forgot to use a VPN or a web proxy. I did a bunch of shit in it and he knew it was me. After the account was hacked, it was suspected as hacked so he had to recover. I went and logged into my own Facebook, it has all my information and stuff.

He told me this:


"I have notified the Police and hired an attorney. I took screen shots of my page and have turned them over to the Police and my attorney as evidence and the Police is now investigating with Facebook about the IP address records of where the hacker has criminally gained access and defamated my account. My attorney has advised me that you have committed a serious felony offence of cyberhacking. The mountain of incriminating evidence against you has already been collected and is being processed at this point. My attorney has also advised me that I can persue money damages in civil court, as well, for defamation of a non-public figure. The Police is currently acquiring an arrest warrent for your name at the Queens Criminal Courthouse where my attorney is following the process as well. Shall I decide to prosecute and press charges, you will be tried as an adult in criminal court, convicted of these serious felonies and you you can be looking at the next several years in state prison. P.S. As you know, The Police is especially interested in convicting hackers who are associated with the group "Anonymous", as you have shown to be."

I logged into both same IP's on that asshole's account and my account and that evidence. Even if I unplug my internet they would still trace me. Plus we know each other in real life and live next to each other 30 minute drive.

There is simply no evidence of him stealing my money. Just to be at the safe side, I am gonna delete my Facebook. I'm very worried at this point.
