HELP! DarkComet v5.3 not showing users in USERS panel

I port forwarded, and everyone else to do with this dark comet program (RAT). The issue is, nothing appears in the [USERS] column! Not even MY pc! I need help please!

Do you have TV? if so pm me your info and i'll see if i can help. But first things first, when you go to canyouseeme.org, is it able to see you on the ports you have fowarded?
