How can you change your IP address without using a proxy server that could possibly be harmful to your computer? Also this forum is a self proclaimed "nerd" forum so they don't usually allow proxy's anyway. If anyone can be of help let me know!

I dont think there is another way to get other IP adresses then proxies, also proxies cant harm your PC (can they?)

Is there a way to bypass a ban on a phpBB3 forum? Because the damn admin keeps banning me for no reason and falsely reporting my domain names for copyright and removing them. I DDoSed that site, but getting unbanned would be asweome so I could troll them.

you could use a proxy as mentioned before or hakz the DB and remove ur userid from banlist 🤗

BUT THE DAMN SITE IS virtually impenetrable. The only was is to possibly brute force or keep DDoSing. I was lucky enough to grab some passwords of other users accounts, which I use regularly to browse, but posting or trolling would just set off an alarm. I have the password of a mod, but it's in md5 and havij returned no shit.

I just used the proxy www.hidemyass.com and made a new email account then made a new name

It worked wonders! But they ended up banning the ip from there but I just went back and did again. Playing at PI can become a little daunting.

Yes it's great as long as you don't do anything illegal.. They keep logs, so that's a nogo for me 😠

Restarting your router usually does the trick, assuming you have a dynamic IP.

You can login to a phpBB account using only the md5. Not sure if it works with phpbb3 but it works with phpbb2. ;)

Surprised no one apart from one person suggest turning off your router for a bit to give you a new ip aslong as you have a dynamic ip and not static.
