Hiring-1000 USD -Amazon Incentives

Well
Basically a month back i had novus corps coming up and running strong,i quit the project due to shitty noobsters not doing the job.Thought i'd rather hire the best and pay them really good.Lately i've been in need of 2-3 new coders.

Should be professional with html, flash, css and php.Doesnt matter if weak in a language, should be able to pick up concepts quick and work on it and bring new ideas to the table.Everything from hosting to domain will and has been taken care of.The current coder i've been working with - is soon to be fired due to laziness. So yea - am thinking of hiring a new one

Basically i need someone who can get work done really quick -but i'll be hiring on a monthly basis.Currently am willing to pay upto 1000 usd per completed project through wu = but am not sure if thats a good enough amount because when i check at freelancer.com it says 2500-4000 usd for the best.
But then again am sure none of the kiddies here need that much :P

Well back to the point - what do you think isa good amount to be paying?
I need them for extensive projects.I will be explainining ever last concept in detail in paper- it will be a real life proiject with contracts and non disclosure agreements - so staying anonymous for this job is not an option.Payment will be made in parts as we finish the project with incentives of purchases off amazon.I need only 1 or 2 of the very best.

How much should i pay? Also is there anyone you guys recommend?

Hackforums I would assume is not the best place to buy actually good coders. Sure there are a few but the're likely not as good as people who don't come to this site.
We'd have absolutely no idea how much you should pay, since you've told us nothing about the project.

You'd be surprised, actually. One of my idols is a member of this forum, and the knowledge he has in various programming languages is insane.
still lurkin. still bitcoin cashin.

I cannot tell you much in detail but to give you an example it'd be an ad agency - like file ice is a ppd with a hell lot of innovation.
More detail would be nice. It would help you and us out a lot.
Cant give you more details without revealing what i intent to do .sorry

Once again, without knowing what the project is in-depth, we'd have no idea how long it would take us and thus how much we should quote.

Good luck trying to find any programmer that can even quote you a price at this point.

The problem with being this secretive about what you're trying to do is that you're going to need to draw up NDAs for each coder that you want a quote from.

Lets say its a site like file ice?
How muchwould you charge for that?

Would the site be made entirely from scratch?

Yes and would be pentested too, also need to make research into anti ddos features- but i can do that

So you would add CloudFlare to the site. You might want to phybeя for Pentesting Service.
Thanks for that info

Cloudflare's actually pretty good for DDOS protection, but there's just some things it really can't take care of. There's no "sure-fire" DDOS protection that will work on every setup and protect against every attack. DDOS protection needs to be fine-tuned specifically to meet the needs of the system being protected

thanks for that post, need to find a full time coder - then worry about ddos :)
