If you have defaced and then not patched the vulnerability you have used, it obvious that someone else can do the same hack ;)

If the vulnerability wasn't on the page where you located your deface (most likely index) and you didn't fix it, it's still vulnerable. If you fixed it, there are probably more.

You can re-deface them with the same technique you used if it's not patched then it'll be called Deface a defaced deface page 🤣 ,
and don't forget to patch the vulnerability like scramble Database to erase passwords.

You didn't close the door you used to get in.

Did you delete the shell from the site?
They might have re-used it or the site owner didn't patch the vulnerability and they used the same vulnerability as you.

If you used a really public and skiddy exploit then it's easy for someone using say for example the same google dork to come in and just do the same thing you did...
