Make userbars clickable so they direct you to the groups subforum.
E.G. Illuminati userbar would take you to the illuminati forum, Ub3r userbar would take you to the Ub3r section etc.

This sounds like a good idea, although it would be nice if they were configureable on a per-person basis - although it'd have to be a HF link, if that makes sense?

That's actually a good idea, but it's also not really hard to click the HF banner and go to that section.

Surely there could be an alternate for people not in the group.
Like a redirect to the groups thread in the group section/ the request group membership page.

Either way, its a nice addition for those in a group to quickly allow them to go to their subforum.

We need less links on pages not more. For SEO purposes I try to limit links on showthread. That's why things like the awards don't link to anything.
