Ok, my pc might be full of shit because I've downloaded so much stuff from unknown websites and tried everything... My anti virus is working and detecting threaths very fast and removing them and when I scan, it doesnt detect anything special in my pc. Its still possible that something is hidden... So, if you know any, please tell me a software that is best for this job.

However you shouldn't really use these tools unless you know what your doing.
