I was wondering, can someone give me an idea of what LUA can do? Like what hacks can it make? How advanced programs can it make?

Well it can do anything C can do, with the proper extensions (which you can write in C and build to a dll, then in lua you do require("somedll.dll")).
There is a networking library for it (luasockets), a 2d graphics library (LOVE2d), probably a opengl library (I saw one somewhere...), and there is my game hacking kit scripted in lua (look at my recent threads for it). Hell you could probably find a threading library for it also.

There is a virus called Flame which is coded in LUA.

Google it.
