So i was having a conversation with a friend of mine, he wanted to learn programming so he could create games with me.
i asked him how he would just "Learn" programming and of course he said Youtube.
And since thats a crappy way of learning i thought there had to be a easier way for him without purchasing books.
and then it hit me.
Imagine a website where you can do the following:
Start a course(C++ Part 1: Hello world)
When done the person submits his code in a form at the same page as (C++ Part 1: Hello world), Now the code gets sent to the Database where Mentors/Admins/Tutors will be able to see the code from their Control panel and review it
If the person passed he is now able to take course 2 and if he fails the tutor adds a comment and the person can view this from his CP and fix/redo what was wrong
How advanced the courses will be is all depended on the community.
All courses and material would be made by users for users.
Only problem is like any other website, mentors for example would work for free.
Material and courses would be dependable on other people
Tutors would be selected when they've proven themselves worthy.
And since one person cant know everything, mentors would be divided between difrenent languages and courses like "Billy Java 1-12"
then he would only see codes people submitted in Java between course 1 and 12.
Well thats all i got right now
Hope someone finds it a good idea or why its bad
so far i've never seen a website that operates like this and well it would help a lot of people learning how to code for real instead of guides on youtube which can be both old and wrong.

- in this course there is a detailed description on what the program should be able to do aswell as information where you can find out how to do this or some kind of video which wont reveal the real code but it should go through the needed parts
