1. Go to desktop and right click
2. New -> Shortcut
3. Type "shutdown -a"
4. Enter there browser. "Google Chrome" etc.
5. Finish
6. Right Click -> Properties
7. Change icon and find the icon corresponding to what ever your called the program

When your friend/victim trys to open chrome there computer will shut off.

Tip: Make sure you delete the original icon from there desktop and put inplace ur new shutdown shortcut that is masked as Google Chrome

This. Also, for more fun, save your .bat file in the startup folder.
Or you can be an ass and delete their system32... but that's unnecessary.
