Do you mean a web booter with the source files? If so, you will need to buy an offshore hosting site as most free hosts will ban your account for making a booter. You upload each file to the public_html folder on your FTP. There are some tutorials on YT, check youtube.com/hackforums for one. If not a web booter, sorry.
