so I just recently started watching the anime Shonen jump's-Bleach. I would like to know if there is truth behind the anime itself? I've heard it is based off a religion I would like to know if this is false or true. Bleach has been amazing so far ep 25 out of 252. would appreciate the input. (my buddy says it's the best anime he's watched and would watch all 200+ episodes over again =p)

Bleach actually has 366 episodes I think you're watching dubbed? Meaning they haven't catched up yet, the religious thing I have no idea about that.

You see, this arc is like an introduction arc to get Ichigo's power back to be able to introduce the Quincy arc, which is the real shit. So I give my props to the fullbring arc, and I think that this arc was well made, even though it might not be the best.

OP read manga when you're done with the anime.

Thank you very much you are absolutely right shintoism is the religion that is intertwined with the show. bleach is tied with samurai X (ruroni kenshin) in my book so I find it quite strange your name happens to be himura kenshin =D weeird shinta

MANY MANY fillers in Bleach, but it's OK. You will enjoy them if you love the story and the way of drawing etc.

The title insists I am the son of a filler. Personally I wouldn't bother watching bleach, after watching it once I can say its the only thing that has more fillers than Naruto which is about over 2/3 of the total episodes.
