Chronic Crypter - "Make sure to run as admin"

Well, trying to get this crypter working, but no matter how I run it, it says "Make sure to run as admin"...

Anyone familiar with this?

(Yes, I ran it as admin)
I have that crypter and it works fine for me.
Does the program say "make sure to run as admin" whenever you run it?
Try changing some of its settings, by right clicking > properties

Or contact Banksy. Helped me when I had a problem with it.

I contacted him, no response, and I really want to get it working, so I was hoping some people would know the solution. And I tried changing up the compability settings without luck. But yes, every time I run it.. :S

Download .net frameworks 3 and 4
That helped me before.

Already got them... Guess I'll wait for his reply, we're probably in different timezones or something.
I have this crypter, it works fine.
Re-Download all the .net framework files.
Fixed. It was the hosts file, it was "write only" or whatever it's called. Thanks anyway though!
