I am trying to crack IPB(md5(md5(salt).md5(pass))) hashes in the format username:hash:salt, and if I try to run more than about 25 hashes at a time I get "PasswordsPro has stopped working" and it crashes and forces me to close the program. (Note: I have waited with the message up and it closes its self) I am fairly sure it isn't a problem with the processing power because I can do 20000+ hashes at a time in hashcat.

Why don't you just use hashcat? Hashcat is faster and better in some ways than passwords pro :). If you really want to use passwordspro, message them on their forums and they will most likely get back to you.
