Monitor displays "No VGA signal" "Check DVI cable" after installing motherboard drive

Hello guys, first of all I am not sure if this is the right section, the other section is talking about computer building but considering it has nothing to do with help requests, so if anything, please move this, many apologies, thanks!

I bought computer with all of the needed parts, got everything sorted out, installed windows 7 but my CD-ROM doesn't fit my motherboard.

So I had to download the driver manually and install it using USB disc.

My motherboard: ECS elitegroup H61H2-M2, I downloaded it's drivers, installed the BIOS map or something, and then the computer forced a reboot after it was complete, after the reboot my monitor just stopped working and displayed No GVA signal, No DVI cable I think i've just installed the wrong driver, well but how can I sort it out?

This is the driver I installed:

http://www.helpdrivers.com/motherboards/...M2_(V1.0)/

On the book, it tells me to install the drivers, without the driver it won't see the internet connection cable.

Im 100% sure there is nothing wrong with the monitor or it's cables. it stopped working exactly after the reboot after the installation.

Thanks

P.S I have checked the monitor on 2 different computers and it works, and it also worked before i installed the driver.

More detail: The driver I installed was for the Operating System BIOS accidently. didn't really see..

Did my motherboard die? o-o
Does that motherboard have a bios recovery option, like a usb bios recovery drive or something?

Are you getting beeps when your machine posts, or at the bios screen?

Internal or external video card?
??
External I think, no I don't get any beeps and I can't even see the screen, it shows black screen, even if it's not connected to the computer it shows the same no VGA signal error.
The parts are new, i bought them today and they worked until that driver install..

Took these pics of it:

Sounds like theres a problem with the monitor. Is the VGA/DVI connection of the monitor defective?
Monitor works both on my laptop and other desktop.
try motherboard VGA to moitor VGA or HDMI to HDMI then you can detemine if its the port on the motherboard or the motherboard itself.
You should get a beep at the bios / post stage of the boot. It seems its not even posting.

Are you positive ALL of the power wires are connected?
You could try disconnecting hard drives, cd-roms, some ram, and seeing if it will post / boot .
Does the hard drive light come on like it would if it was loading windows?
??
it sounds like your motherboards dead.
Do I need the sound to be connected to hear bios beep? because i had sound off.

Motherboard wont load keyboard, any USB, screen
when turning on pc, waiting 2 secs and clicked the button again, the PC doesn't shut down instantly, actually it doesnt shut down at all.
I only hear the voice of the ventilators
of the gfx card, GPU, Power suply
But how could it die if the only thing i did is installed a driver?....
Do you have two places to plug in your monitor? Are you plugged into the correct one, because you just said "ventilators of the GFX card".

I was thinking if you updated the bios, and have two VGA ports, the bios may have reset to the onboard port, while you are plugged into the GFX card.

No you don't need sound to hear the beep, but you do need the little speaker that goes on the motherboard. It might be around where the power switch connects at the motherboard.
??
Well as I said it has nothing to do with the monitor, i have two cases next to me, one monitor, one case works, the second doesn't even see the mouse \ keyboard, doesnt even shut down on power click.

I really dont know what has happened.. it's really strange.. if you ask me, it looks like it works without a 'brain' just the heart (electric).

I ran a wrong BIOS update which killed my motherboard..
Take the bios battery out, then re-insert it. If that doesn't work then I'd say it might be bust.. :/
