So first off I want to say that I'm not great at English (as a subject not language) so don't expect my review to be so great or particularity long or greatly detailed :). Also keep in mind that what I post here is simply my own opinion and is not fact.

Genres:
Comedy, Romance, School, Slice of Life
Synopsis:
It's a new school year and Ryuuji Takasu discovers that not only is he in the same class as his best friend, Yuusaku Kitamura, but also Minori Kushieda whom he's had an undisclosed crush on for quite some time. Along with the two of them comes the “Palmtop Tiger”, tiny Taiga Aisaka and Minori's best friend. Despite her small stature, Taiga takes nothing from anybody and is secretly in love with Kitamura. Ryuuji and Taiga, despite their oil and water relationship, agree to mutually support each other in their quests for their hearts' desire.
MAL rating: 8.57
My review:
My rating: 9.5
Story:
The story follows Ryuuji who at first, most of the characters misunderstand, many people are scared of him because he has his fathers eyes which makes most people assume he is a delinquent, but actually he is a kind and thoughtful person. He has an obsession with keeping things clean and tidy and looks after his mum when she comes home tired from her job as a Hostess. He forms an interesting relationship with the other main character, Taiga who is one of the best tsundere lolis ever. The story follows the two as they help each other with their love interests and Ryuuji takes care of Taiga after finding out that she barely knows how to live on her own.
I found the story in Toradora to great for the most part. From the first episode I craved watching the next one. It was one of those series that is so great that I just spent all day watching it. There are parts that made me cry and parts that made me feel happy. I never found it getting boring or too predictable. The show contains a few dramatic scenes which really made me feel emotional, these scenes never felt over dramatic and I think they were made very well.
Characters:
For the most part, the characters are interesting and quite believable. I did get a slight annoyance from the same characters being "re-used", as what ever happened, there was always the same five characters, although this happens to a much lesser extent than in other anime.
Art style:
The art style used in Toradora is my favourite style, the eyes are medium/small sized compared to alot of anime. Overall it looks great since it is relatively modern. I wouldn't say it is stunning but it is still very nice.
The protagonist also has a great face xD

Overall:
Overall I think Toradora! is one of the best Slice of Life/Romance anime and is definitely worth the watch. This anime is getting the privilege of being one of the shows that I actually buy :)
