This is all nice, but I'd like to suggest typing some things out instead of linking videos.
It'd be nice to read all of this in 5 minutes instead of having to watch/skip through the vids.

these are some amazing videos explaining greatly in context what diff DDOS methods are, but sadly I do not believe there is any way to stop DDOS, cept having more servers, the more you have the more " PROTECTION " you have.

That's not true actually. You could have 25 shitty servers and 2 very good servers being able to withstand more DDoS than the 25 shitty servers.
