So I saw a picture of Abstract Looking circles and took some inspiration.

Feedback? I know the original is much better, but the guy creating it has been using photoshop since CS2.

I know, now that I think about it I should have taken a soft edge white circle brush and set that in the middle. Kind of break up the pattern a little bit, he also had more space on his picture. He used a 1200x1200px I used 1152x864(My desktop res.) So that could possibly be why his is so much better, he also had better detail in his circles. One day I'll do that though.
