i buyed yesterday a paysafecard in germany and would subscribe one month at nVPN a UK VPN i entered my email and filled my paysafecard but then it loading a while and a website fail came up look here:

then i just checked my paysafecard and they withdraw the 5€ and so i just got no email from them.

what should i do with my paysafecard and my order? it is a bug? pls help!
