In an ongoing effort to raise the quality of AA despite the rising popularity a purge of threads will be happening in the near future. If your thread has been deleted then it was considered low quality and pointless, usually resulting in arguments and dick-measuring contests between members. If you feel that your thread has been wrongly junked then please feel free to PM me with your appeal, but it has to be in the form of a haiku and cannot use any vowels.

There are a few reasons for this current purge and the junking of any thread like it in the foreseeable future.

1. This is not 4CHAN
   


2. I want new members to see a useful section when they first enter.
   


3. We dont care about the Kawaii Pic you found.
   


4. We do not want endless recommendation threads where people are too lazy to list their MAL or an extensive list of what they have already seen as well as a detailed explanation of what they want to find.
   


5. We want to encourage people to post quality stuff that the rest of the group can enjoy.
   


6. We want to keep series discussion like Naruto, SAO, etc etc to minimal threads.
   


7. This is not a section for members with low posts to spam it up.

About time, is all I have to say. Kudos Tas, relieved you're finally doing this.

While you're at it, I'd appreciated it if you'd forbid the unnecessary including of gifs in every post. A certain random likes to take the idea of trashing this section to a whole new level.
