Web design is fairly simple you shouldnt need a mentor.
I started by learning HTML at w3schools, just mess around with it until you start to understand what happens when

thanks! i dont have an experience in basic HTML, CSS and javascript. also about how to configure databases (Apache/MySQL/PHP) i tried making a joomla website on a free webhosting, intalled it via app of cPanel automatically configured the SQL database and since joomla is gui, i manage to change some info in the website

Ignore SQL, PHP and Javascript until you fully understand how HTML works and how to do basic CSS.
