Shutting down/ editing websites (permanent)

I need help on shutting down or editing a website. This is not any big website, its just a small website run by some 12 year olds. I need to permanently delete or edit the website. I already tried HOIC, but it only disables the website when you are running it.
Please help.
Thank you.
So you flooded the site with packets using your own bandwidth, that wasnt very clever now was it.

Attempt to shell the website and stick a JDB into your deface of the index.
I am new to this, how would i get a JDB?

There are plenty of tutorials on the forum, just search Java Drive By.

Also If you want to edit the contents of the site you will need to upload a shell to the site via LFI/RFI or gain Admin credentials via SQLi/Cookie stealing with XSS.
You cant really permanently delete or edit a website. Short of successfully stealing the domain that is.

Or better yet a JS hook for a MITB attack. Seems to be much more fun :3

Well, if you had access to the back-end and the administrators are stupid enough to not backup their site files then deleting their files would ruin their website unless they have some sort of backup. But other than that you won't have permanent ownership unless you have the domain as freakg said.

I checked using cookie stealing, but since thier site does not have a form of log in, cookie stealing would not work. How would i obtain thier domain?

The website is run by 12 year olds, i dont suspect they would be smart enough to back thier stuff up, or better yet have a good security.
PM me the website, I can see what I can do. But this really is the wrong section.
