For some strange reason i've been fascinated by time travel over the holiday season. Probably started when I decided to pull out FFXIII and FFXIII-2
Anyway just off the top off my head, the anime I have watched. - Steins:Gate
- Zero no Tsukaima
- Dog Days
Not sure if you would class Zero or Dog Days as something to do with time travel, but does involve a parallel universe. Something like this would be fine too.
Do you like dragonball Z? Only one I know really..
Lost count at the amount of times I've watched the Dragonball series.
Mirai Nikki involves time travel (But that is late in it though.)

Dragonball does not involve time travelling.

I started watch Mirai Nikki, but for some odd reason decided to drop it. Now would probably be the best time to pull it out of the archives again.

I'm completely against movies, but reading the plot did intrigue me. Will be sure to check it out.
Any more suggestions?

Actually never watched it, only read it ^_^
isn't Inuyasha related to time travel
Reborn has a time travel arc that lasts around 130 episodes I think. The first 20 episodes are really painful to get through, but after that it's a good series. (I don't know why I've been recommending this so much lately)
I would recommend you watch Oda Nobuna no Yabō, the whole plot is based around a teenager who has travels back in time to the Civil War of Japan.

Dragonball does not involve time travelling.
they go back to the beginning multiple times! and they move very fast, so fast that time stops.

Funny because the sole mention of this in here is a massive spoiler >.<
Lewii mentions quite a few good ones. To add to it;
Madoka (not mentioned once?)
Ima, Soko ni Iru Boku
Higurashi Kai
