I used to see many members asking for help with possible virus/rat infections, I'm opening this help desk for all members who need help. I know this thread is going to get buried but I hope I can help with some. I do have experience in related fields as some of you may know and I'm good at this.

I know there is already a dedicated team and some help desks for this but I think they wont provide support for minor problems like error fixing etc.

Please post your problem here and I'll PM you personally to resolve the issue, I'll contact you by skype /Team Viewer if it's necessary.
