It actually won't from what I remember hearing. It was advertised badly in Japan, so it didn't do so well.

Of course, but in Japan it's all that matters, since Japanese companies pay for production and all that jazz, so if it didn't get advertised well, they won't give it another season.

I hope they come out with second season for anime series, it was a huge cliffhanger and its still bothering me. I really wanted to know what happened next as I loved this series.

There won't be a second season. Because of the way they hurried the anime along, they skipped way too much from the manga to go anywhere. Only the people who read the manga would have a slight idea of what is going on, even if they could figure out a way to continue on with it.

He means the anime's story line divulged too much from the manga's story line to continue. If they were to do so, the next season would be a total mess.
