My problem is i have started learning java but i have not yet come accross how to do this.

I have an exe file.

I want the exe to be made look like a .jar

so the end result will look like:

Test.exe now looks like test.jar

When someone runs/executes the jar file it will do the exact same thing it would do when they run/execute the exe.

You could make a java program that would extract the exe from the jar and write to disk then exec it.

Yes i have done this and when the file is made its just a blank file with no ending so i add the .jar onto the end.

When i do this i get an error.
All i want is a file to look like file.jar but when users run the file.jar it executes the windows os.exe file too.
