If you want this to be successful, make it work like this. Buy credits, upload file, scan file, return file. If the file is fud, use a credit if not send it back for free. This way your customers only pay when your system is updated and working properly. You will be the master of your own destiny. If you want money spend the time to keep it fud, if you are having a bad week and have no time you will get no money. This will make disputes a non-issue.
