I would try putting it in a different directory. Maybe on your desktop?
Also, just re download it. That fixed another guy's problems.

Both files have always been on my desktop.

What do you mean funny thing XD .exe, .pdf, and a whole lot of other file types ALWAYS say that. It doesn't recognize me as a valid company or anything. Dude. Decompile it. Scan it. Idgaf. Haha it's 100% legit I swear to god XD
