Not too sure where I got this, I found it I've learned from it, all I know is that they poster said he had to many bugs in it, and I agree; but also he said to leach it, post it, sell it do whatever you want. So today I am doing the same I have learned from it, this will help you alot; I used it to come up with my own in C# and I think it will be better. All of the features in the front work, I just think the floods are poor. Either way enjoy, to get the source download link just post in the thread, and I'll pm you the link thanks guys.

Why would you ask people to PM you for a source that is public... In fact, I already have this source myself. I modded it a lot, so i will not post my version, but I got the source about 1 year ago...
