hello i was wondering how websites such as http://www.torn.com/
could be hacked by bruteforce programs, if anyone has a bruteforce program which could hack a website like this so i could go onto others users accounts, i am not talking about one specificly for torn but for a general text based mmo, i have read about fireforce but that never seems to work.

if games such as these cant be hacked through bruteforce does anyone know how these could be hacked? and give me a link to a tutorial, thanks in advance

Get a username + password list and brute force the login, you can brute force anything with an authentication system really.

Cracking websites really doesn;t get much easier than this one because you have a forum full of usernames. Here are a couple tips:

1. Download AIOHNB multi-tool from crackingforum.com. The creator puts his official releases here. Use it to extract all the usernames from the forum.

2. Create a combo list with your usernames. user=pass as well as common passwords such as: password,123456,12345678,abc123,qwerty,monkey,letmein,dragon,11,baseball

3. From the same forum, get a copy of Sentry. Sentry is probably the best brute forcer around. Create a config for your target site and use your new combo list with some proxies to crack accounts.
