Where can i try to resolve my ip?

Won't a proxy lag the skype?
good tut
Well that ain't really work. As far as I'm aware resolvers are based on the IP from which the account was registered. What's more, tried it myself and resolved to original IP.

I doubt it. Your IP changes, so a resolver would be wrong all the time.
Actually this won't work. The reason being that Skype automatically defaults to your standard connection unless it's blocked, which then it will attempt to connect through your proxy. You have to change the registry to force skype to connect via your proxy. There's a tutorial for this at /showthread.php?tid=3220205. Nice tutorial nonetheless :)
