- Buying Paypal at reasonable rates.

Rules:
1. Holding time varies from member/amount to another.
2. Don't bother messaging me if you've scam reports against you.
3. I'm not dealing with newly registered members
4. I don't sell LR less than 20% rate.
5. Your Paypal should be verified and you've to send as a gift.
