I have a funny story about my jbuds.
I was going to purchase these for myself, so I went to ebay to see if they were cheaper there. I searched and I seen a weird image. It turned out to be a ebay re-seller that had posted images of their jbuds, they also took a photo of the Warranty replacement card that had the replacement code on it. I made an account on their site, registered those buds to my account and I made a support ticket saying that the left side had stopped working. 30 min later i got an email saying that my replacement has been approved and that i can expect them within a week. A week later i got my free pair of jbuds. lets just say that i was also able to get them to send me a second pair for free. I love my jbuds. I did not get the same as you, I got the JLab Jbuds J6 that have a MSRP of of $49.95
