Guidelines for program (like an auto youtube subscriber)

Me and my buddy (whom has the coding experience) are planning to make a program that is going to be just like any other bot like program meant for auto-subscription/auto-video liker.

So my questions are:

What programming language would be the "best" for us (he's comfortable in both C++ and java)

And does anyone know of any source codes of these type of programs that we can look at to.. almost "guide us"... if you know what I'm trying to say?

Writing an auto-subscription/auto-video liker in C++ or Java? They are not the correct languages to use for this.

I'm assuming my buddy will be able to transfer knowledge to most coding languages, can you explain though?

That would not be the most efficient language to write in.. You want a language that can interact with the HTML languages easier, which can be C# or Visual Basic. Not saying that C++ and Java are impossible, they just aren't the best qualified languages for this project.

It's possible though, & it's easier IMO. 🤩

If in your opinion it is easier, then by all means go for it, however, I'm saying it would be easier in a RAD language and where length of code does make a difference.
