Impact Loader is a new HTTP bot that is designed to work without difficulties. The main focus is to have a bot that you can rely on to hold your loads/bots.

Some of you might be tired of HTTP bots that get botkilled by everything known to man, such as Umbra Loader does. One focus of Impact Loader is to prevent the deletion of the bot file. On UAC systems, it uses SetKernelObjectSecurity, to set the process as critical, so the bot can only be killed if task manager is running as administrator.
On non-UAC systems, it uses NtSetInformationProcess, so when the bot is terminated, it causes a blue-screen. Keep in mind every feature of this bot is customizable, and you do NOT have to have these options enabled.

Actually it's MUCH better. The panel has no vulnerabilities this time (I checked, trust me), and the overall quality of the bot itself is better. The size has been significantly reduced.

So when Smoke Loader is ~8kb (if I remember correctly) and Smoke is even just an entry-level loader, I think your 'Small bin size' is false advertising, since it's actually a huge bin for a loader. (even twice as large as the others)

One of the definitions of lightweight is that you don't need much to run it. .NET isn't installed on every computer, and it's not a small dependency by any means. It also contradicts one of the major goals of a loader - to be installable on as many computers as it possibly can.

It's quite a small stub size still.

I agree that .net 2.0 isn't installed on every computer, but there are plenty of fish out there in the sea.

As I move further and further away from .net malware, I have a hard time saying this doesn't look bad. The file size is nice, not perfect, mainly because it is indeed .Net and not C, but it's nice.
Your persistence is almost solid as you can get with .net. I'm not a fan of the BSOD method but if you're going to lose the bot anyways, why not do what you can to try and save it, right?
Panel looks like it could get very cluttered with a large net though, how do you manage mass amounts of bots? Does your list have pages?

Something like this wouldn't have a place in my arsenal now a days, but if you're already working on an op that has a .net dependency, this would fit in very nicely with the rest of your tools.
