So basically, this is the story. I paid for 10k Instagram followers, and the user had me fill in a bunch of things, I don't currently have the PM's because my inbox was full and had to delete them. But, read the proof here it is enough. So anyways, I paid for 10 grand Instagram followers, and the user said they would be here in 4-6 days. They still are not, I PM'D him and he hardly replys, and tries to dodge the subject. This is his second scam report. Please ban this user.
