I'm pretty sure most otakus know about the most common debate when it comes to anime, and there doesn't seem to be one here on HF.
The ultimate question gets the ultimate discussion: do you like it dubbed, or do you prefer the original voices?
I have always been watching dubs. I normally refuse to watch anything subbed, but if it's only available as a sub and no one has fandubbed it, then I have no choice. Plus, I think anime characters sound cooler with american voices.
Subbed. I too cringe at the English pronunciation of the Japanese words but the main reason why I watch anime in Japanese is simply because the best anime to watch is only in Japanese. I'm also learning Japanese so that helps and the Japanese voice cast is magnificent. I cried watching AnoHana due to the help of the acting performance from the voice cast. So much emotion. There's a good number of dubbed anime out there but ultimately, it feels better to enjoy it in it's native tongue.
Its not even a debate, subbed is better.
Dubbed voice artists are usually underpaid people who don't really even fit their roles. Also dubbed anime is usually censored.
